Girl Killed as Illegal Water Tank Bursts in Muslim Ittehad Colony; Pashtunkhwa MAP Demands Strict Action and Compensation

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat):** Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Quetta district, has expressed deep grief and sorrow over the tragic death of a young girl and injuries to three others, including women, after an illegal and substandard water tank burst in Muslim Ittehad Colony. The party strongly condemned the incident and demanded strict action against those responsible for endangering human lives.

In a statement, PkMAP revealed that water suppliers in the area have installed balloon-shaped water tanks capable of storing water from up to 20 tankers. The party pointed out that a similar incident occurred last year, but the authorities failed to take action, which has now resulted in another devastating tragedy, destroying a home and claiming an innocent life.

The party extended condolences to the affected family of Muhammad Younis Buraich and urged the government to immediately shut down this illegal water supply business. It also demanded full compensation for the financial losses suffered by the bereaved family and the provision of the best possible medical treatment for the injured.

PkMAP emphasized that negligence and profiteering at the cost of public safety must not be tolerated and warned that failure to act against the responsible elements would further endanger lives in the city.
