Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Meets Saudi Ambassador, Reaffirms Commitment to Strengthening Bilateral Ties

**Islamabad:** Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Pakistan, during which both sides reaffirmed their strong commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister conveyed his profound respect and warm wishes for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Saudi Arabia’s Prime Minister and Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Expressing satisfaction over the current state of Pakistan–Saudi Arabia relations, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reiterated Pakistan’s firm resolve to deepen the long-standing fraternal ties between the two nations. He thanked Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for Saudi Arabia’s continued support to Pakistan, which has played a vital role in bringing the two countries even closer.
The Prime Minister also recalled his meetings with the Saudi Crown Prince earlier this year, describing them as highly productive and instrumental in elevating Pakistan–Saudi relations to new heights. He appreciated Saudi Arabia’s consistent support to Pakistan during critical times and its constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on recent regional and global developments. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy for maintaining peace and stability.
The Saudi Ambassador conveyed greetings and felicitations from King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to the Prime Minister and reaffirmed the Kingdom’s desire to further enhance cooperation with Pakistan across all areas of mutual interest.
