Indian TV Actress Nandini C.M. Dies by Suicide, Cites Parental Pressure

Islamabad – Popular Kannada and Tamil television actress Nandini C.M. was found dead in her Bengaluru home in an apparent suicide, Indian media reports confirmed.

Police stated that Nandini left a handwritten note addressing her parents, revealing that she had been under severe mental stress due to pressure to marry. In the note, she wrote that she was not mentally prepared for marriage and that constant pressure had led her into depression. She also mentioned being forced into decisions against her will, which further affected her mental state.

Authorities emphasized that the exact cause of her death will be confirmed after a full investigation, with the contents of the note being examined as part of the inquiry.

Indian media reported that Nandini had recently appeared in the Tamil serial *Gouri*, in which her character died by poisoning. Officials clarified that the scene from the show is purely coincidental and not related to her actual death.
