Protest Over Missing Persons Enters Second Day in Turbat, Quetta Highway Blocked

**Turbat (Qudrat Daily):** Protesters at the Tejabaan area of the Turbat-to-Quetta highway continued their sit-in for a second day, demanding the release of missing relatives. The demonstrators stated that four members of their families, including a pregnant woman and two students, went missing over the past five days.

The protesters said that until the release of the four detained individuals, including two women, their protest will continue. They urged the government to take immediate action to secure the release of the missing persons.

The Assistant Commissioner of Turbat attempted to negotiate with the protesters, but the talks were unsuccessful. Due to the blockade on the highway, including the CPEC road, long queues of passenger and cargo vehicles have formed, causing severe difficulties for travelers.

The protesters announced that they will maintain the road blockade and continue their demonstration until the missing persons are released.
