Good News for Private Hajj Pilgrims: No Pilgrim to Miss Hajj This Year

**Islamabad:** In a major relief for private Hajj pilgrims, authorities have confirmed that no private pilgrim will miss Hajj this year, as all bookings have been completed within the stipulated deadline.
According to officials, private Hajj operators finalized the booking of all pilgrims well before the government deadline. The operators also transferred 100 percent of the required funds to Saudi Arabia on time, ensuring the completion of payments for accommodation, meals, transportation, and other essential services.
Sources said that accommodation arrangements for private pilgrims in Mina have also been finalized, eliminating major concerns regarding Hajj logistics and management.
It may be recalled that last year, more than 63,000 private pilgrims were unable to perform Hajj due to delays in the transfer of funds, triggering widespread public criticism. In response, the government introduced strict monitoring measures and set clear deadlines for private Hajj operators this year.
The government had directed private Hajj organizers to complete all financial and administrative arrangements by December 31. Private operators complied with these instructions and fulfilled all requirements ahead of schedule.
Officials stated that timely completion of arrangements will not only facilitate pilgrims but also help prevent a repeat of the difficulties faced last year, ensuring a smooth and organized Hajj operation.
