Armed Robbers Loot Over Rs. 190 Million from Three Banks in Chutkan Bazaar, Panjgur; CTD Officer and Civilian Martyred

*Panjgur (Daily Qudrat)* Armed assailants on vehicles and motorcycles simultaneously attacked three private banks—Meezan Bank, MCB, and HBL—in Chutkan Bazaar, Panjgur. CTD personnel, led by Imam Bakhsh Dhabang, resisted the robbery, resulting in a heavy exchange of fire lasting 15 to 20 minutes. The gunfire and explosions created panic across the market.

During the confrontation, CTD officer Doda Khan and civilian Aman Ullah were martyred, while two police officers, Shakir Nadeem and Shoaib, along with several others, were injured.

The robbers managed to escape with over Rs. 190 million in total. Preliminary reports indicate that Rs. 86.5 million was looted from Meezan Bank, Rs. 84.2 million from MCB, and Rs. 20.7 million from HBL.

Following the incident, police and local authorities sealed off the area, and the injured were rushed to the Teaching Hospital, where emergency services were declared. Investigations are underway to apprehend the perpetrators.
