Terrorism Is India’s Habit, Not Pakistan’s; We Strike Openly, Not from the Shadows: Field Marshal Asim Munir

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has said that terrorism is not Pakistan’s identity but India’s pattern, asserting that Pakistan confronts its enemies openly and decisively rather than from hiding.

Addressing the National Ulema and Mashaikh Conference in Islamabad, Field Marshal Asim Munir stated that the State of Madinah and the State of Pakistan share a deep and historic connection. He added that among all Muslim countries, Allah has honored Pakistan with the role of protector of the Holy Mosques, terming the defence pact with Saudi Arabia as “historic.”

The Field Marshal emphasized that nations that abandon knowledge and the power of the pen fall prey to chaos and discord. “Honor and strength come not from division, but from hard work and knowledge,” he said.

Speaking on security matters, he stressed, “Terrorism is India’s habit, not Pakistan’s. We do not strike from the shadows—we confront and eliminate the enemy boldly. In the battle for truth, Allah granted us victory.”

He further stated that in an Islamic state, no one except the state has the authority to declare jihad. He urged religious scholars to promote unity and broaden the nation’s perspective.

“Pakistan will always remain strong and eternal,” Field Marshal Asim Munir affirmed.
