Islamabad:The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that in a fierce exchange of fire between security forces and militants in South Waziristan, six militants were killed while four brave soldiers were martyred.
**Details of the Incident**
According to ISPR, the clash resulted in the martyrdom of Havildar Nisar Hussain and Naik Rasheed Gul, who fought valiantly against the militants. Naik Irfan Ullah Khan and Sepoy Usman Rafiqat were also martyred during the firefight.
**Ongoing Operation**
ISPR emphasized that the security forces remain steadfast in their mission to eradicate terrorism. The sacrifices of these brave soldiers strengthen the resolve of the armed forces. A clearance operation to eliminate the militants from the area is currently underway.
