Head of an Institution Is Its Driving Force, Not Just a Leader, Says Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail
Quetta (Daily Qudrat) — Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has said that the head of any institution is not merely a leader but the very *essence* of the entire organization. He noted that a leader’s vision, leadership style, and decision-making have far-reaching effects from the top to the lowest levels.
Speaking to various delegations at the Governor House, Governor Mandokhail stated that a dynamic leader also serves as a skilled architect who consistently inspires and motivates team members to achieve excellence. As a result, institutions grow stronger in both quality and performance.
He emphasized that strong institutions are responsible for shaping constructive and positive behaviors in society. Every organization, he said, includes capable, responsible, and determined individuals who must be recognized, encouraged, and appreciated.
Later, a delegation of Federal Levies personnel from Zhob called on the governor and apprised him of their challenges and issues. Governor Mandokhail listened attentively and assured them of his full support in addressing their concerns.
