Non-Bailable Arrest Warrants Issued for Ali Amin Gandapur in Audio Leak Case

Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the audio leak case.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasir Minallah Baloch conducted the hearing and ordered that Ali Amin Gandapur be arrested and produced before the court.
Co-accused nominated in the case appeared before the court; however, due to Gandapur’s absence, the indictment proceedings were postponed. The court adjourned further hearing till January 20.
A case against Ali Amin Gandapur is registered at Golra Police Station.
