Jemima Reacts to Khawaja Asif’s Assurance on Safety of Imran Khan’s Sons During Visit to Pakistan

Lahore: Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has stated that if Imran Khan’s sons come to Pakistan to meet him, they will not be arrested.

Speaking in an interview with international journalist Mehdi Hasan, Khawaja Asif assured that Imran Khan’s children would face no detention if they travelled to Pakistan for a meeting with their father.

Reacting to the minister’s remarks, Jemima Goldsmith said, *“The children are not even allowed to speak to him on the phone — in fact, no one is allowed to.”*
