Religious Affairs Ministry Invites Applications for Hajj 2026 Support Staff and Supervisors Until November 30, 2025

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that applications for *Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj* (Hajj support staff) and *Nazimeen* (supervisors) for Hajj 2026 will be accepted until **November 30, 2025**. The selection process will be conducted through the National Testing Service (NTS).

According to the ministry’s notification, government employees from Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, former FATA, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan currently serving in **Basic Pay Scale 11 to 18** are eligible to apply. Selection will be carried out based on quotas allocated for each region.

Candidates will undergo a written test conducted by NTS followed by a physical fitness test, which includes a **5-kilometre run/walk** to be completed within a specified time. Only those securing **at least 40% marks** in the written exam will qualify for the physical assessment. The physical test will be conducted strictly on merit as per provincial and regional quotas.

The ministry has emphasized that the information provided in the NTS application form will be treated as final, and applicants must apply according to their actual pay scale category. Candidates must also obtain an NOC from their respective departments; failure to do so will result in disqualification. In each category, **up to 70% repeaters** and **30% new applicants** will be selected.

Due to the demanding nature of duties in Saudi Arabia, **10% of supervisory posts** and **30% of field positions** have been reserved for uniformed personnel from civil departments such as Police, ANF, ASF and Rescue 1122. Physically weak employees or those with any disabilities are not eligible.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to present original documents at any stage, and any false information will lead to cancellation of their candidacy. The Ministry reserves the right to alter the number of Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj or supervisors as per requirements based on the Hajj quota or Saudi regulations, and may suspend or cancel the selection process at any stage without assigning a reason.

No TA/DA will be provided during the selection or training period. Applicants can access complete details and submit applications through the NTS website. Candidates must send a printed copy of the completed online form along with attested copies of required documents to the **NTS Headquarters, Ministry of Religious Affairs – Project 2026, Islamabad** via registered courier by **November 30, 2025**. Incomplete, incorrectly filed or handwritten forms will not be accepted.

For further information, applicants have been advised to consult the NTS website.
