28th Constitutional Amendment to Be Introduced and Approved Soon, Says Rana Sanaullah

ISLAMABAD – Senator Rana Sanaullah, leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N and advisor to the Prime Minister, has announced that the 28th Constitutional Amendment will be introduced soon and is expected to be approved.

Speaking to the media in Chiniot, he stated that the amendment focuses on public issues and emphasized that passing it is the prerogative of Parliament. He also remarked that judges have taken an oath to safeguard the Constitution and that it is inappropriate for any judge to involve themselves in political protests. He added that those who have resigned are acting on personal motives.
