Dry and Cold Weather Expected Across Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast dry and cold weather across most parts of the country, including the federal capital.

According to the Met Office, **Sindh** and several districts of **Punjab** are likely to experience dry conditions, while **Murree**, **Galiyat**, and surrounding areas are expected to remain **partly cloudy and cold**.

In the plains of Punjab, **smog** is likely to persist, with **light fog** expected at a few places during early morning and night hours.

In **Balochistan**, most districts will see dry weather, whereas the northern parts of the province are expected to remain cold.

The Met Office further stated that the mountainous regions of **Khyber Pakhtunkhwa** may experience **partly cloudy and cold** conditions. **Gilgit-Baltistan** will also remain partly cloudy with cold weather prevailing throughout the region.

In **Azad Kashmir**, partly cloudy skies and **very cold conditions** during morning and night hours are expected.
