Judicial Accountability Enters a New Era: Balochistan High Court Launches WhatsApp Number and Email for Public Complaints
Quetta: In a major step toward transparency and accountability in the judicial system, the Balochistan High Court has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp number and email address for citizens to lodge complaints regarding judicial officers and court staff.
According to an official memorandum issued by the High Court of Balochistan on **November 13, 2025**, citizens can now submit complaints—accompanied by videos or supporting documents—against district judiciary officers, court employees, or High Court staff.
The public can contact the complaint cell between **9:00 AM and 4:00 PM** via **WhatsApp number 0335-0926534** or **email at [complaints@bhc.gov.pk](mailto:complaints@bhc.gov.pk)**. Complaints may be sent as text messages, letters, or written applications in **Word or PDF format**, as well as in image form.
The High Court clarified that **voice calls and voice notes will not be entertained**. If further clarification is needed, the High Court will reach out to complainants directly through its official contact numbers **(081-9202530 / 081-9201649)**.
This initiative aims to strengthen public trust, promote judicial accountability, and ensure that citizens’ concerns regarding the justice system are addressed promptly and transparently.
