Speaking on the occasion, Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch described Dr. Yaseen Baloch as a **visionary political leader and ideological mentor** who devoted his life to public service, the strengthening of democracy, and the defense of Balochistan’s coast and resources. “Dr. Yaseen Baloch gave new direction to political awareness in Balochistan through his knowledge, commitment, and struggle,” he said.
