Islamabad Court Orders Arrest and Production of Former KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur

Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has **ordered the arrest and production** of former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister **Ali Amin Gandapur** in connection with a **liquor and weapons recovery case**.

According to *Express News*, the case pertains to charges filed at **Bara Kahu Police Station**, where a complaint was lodged over the alleged recovery of liquor and arms.

During the latest hearing, **Senior Civil Judge Mubashir Hassan Chishti** maintained Gandapur’s **arrest warrants** after the PTI leader once again **failed to appear before the court**. The judge ordered that he be arrested and presented before the bench.

The court noted that the warrants were issued due to **Gandapur’s repeated absence** from proceedings. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for **November 17**.
