Water Tanker Claims Another Life in Karachi; Motorcyclist Killed in Baldia, Driver Flees Scene

*Karachi (Daily Qudrat)* — Yet another tragic road accident occurred in Karachi as a speeding **water tanker** crushed a young motorcyclist to death in **Baldia Town**, before the driver fled the scene.

According to **Express News**, the incident took place near **Jamia Farooqia Madrassa at Lucky Charrhai**, where the tanker hit the motorcycle, killing the rider on the spot.

Police reached the scene soon after the accident, and volunteers from the **Chhipa Welfare Association** shifted the deceased to **Civil Hospital Karachi**.

Chhipa officials confirmed that the victim, estimated to be around **28 years old**, was riding a motorcycle when the tanker struck him. His identity could not be immediately ascertained.

**SHO Mochko Faisal Latif** stated that the **driver abandoned the tanker and escaped**, while police have taken the vehicle into custody along with the motorcycle of the deceased.

Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident and efforts are underway to apprehend the absconding driver.
