Balochistan High Court Approves Promotion After 10 Years of Service and Special Allowance for Quetta-Based Staff

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily):** The Administration Committee of the Balochistan High Court, chaired by Chief Justice Rozi Khan Bareech, has made two major welfare decisions aimed at strengthening the judicial system and supporting court employees.

According to details, the committee approved a one-step promotion for District and Sessions Judges and members of the Shura (Council) upon completion of 10 years of satisfactory service. Under the decision, officers in Grade 21 will be promoted to Grade 22, and those in Grade 19 will move up to Grade 20.

Additionally, the committee approved a *House Requisition Allowance* for all judges, officers, and staff members of the district judiciary posted in Quetta to help address accommodation challenges. Chief Justice Bareech described the measures as transparent, merit-based, and aimed at improving the welfare and efficiency of the judicial workforce.
