27th Constitutional Amendment Bill to Be Presented in Senate on November 7

Islamabad: The **27th Constitutional Amendment Bill** is set to be presented in the **Senate session on November 7**, sources confirmed on Tuesday.

According to parliamentary sources, the **standing committees of both the Senate and National Assembly** will review the proposed bill during their respective meetings before its final approval, which is expected **next week**.

The **federal government** has already begun work on the 27th Amendment, which reportedly includes a **modification to Article 243** — aimed at formally recognizing and including the **rank of Field Marshal** within the constitutional framework.

Sources further revealed that the amendment may also address the **status of constitutional courts**, the **delegation of executive magistrate powers at the district level**, and the **implementation of a uniform national curriculum** across the country.
