Pakistan’s Success and Survival Now Depend on the 27th Amendment: Faisal Vawda

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily)** — Senior political leader and Senator **Faisal Vawda** has said that Pakistan’s success and survival now require the passage of the **27th Constitutional Amendment**, and if needed, the **28th Amendment** will also be introduced.

Speaking on Geo News program *“Capital Talk,”* Vawda stated that **President Asif Ali Zardari** is “the greatest chess player” of Pakistani politics and that the **27th Amendment will be passed easily**. He praised **Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s** recent statement on the amendment, calling it a positive step, and added that a brief parliamentary debate would be held on the issue as per the **PTI’s demand**.

“Pakistan’s success and stability require the 27th Amendment,” Vawda said. “And if the 28th Amendment becomes necessary for the country’s progress, that too will come.”

He further clarified that the **18th Amendment** is not being repealed but slightly modified, adding that **national security matters should be overseen by the federal government** and that **a uniform education system** should be implemented across the country.

“I maintain patience, awareness, and foresight,” the senator concluded confidently.
