Establishment Stole Our Victory in Last AJK Election, But Now PPP Is Ready to Form Government: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari

**ISLAMABAD (Qudrat News):** Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman **Bilawal Bhutto Zardari** has claimed that the establishment and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) deprived his party of victory in the previous Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) elections, but this time, the PPP is in a strong position to form the government.

Speaking to the media after chairing a meeting of the PPP’s AJK Parliamentary Party, Bilawal said that the party’s history and Kashmir cause are deeply connected. “The foundation of the PPP itself was laid on the Kashmir cause, and we have always raised the voice of Kashmir at every forum,” he stated.

He recalled that during the last AJK elections, when PTI was in power and the establishment’s role was evident, PPP candidates faced extremely tough conditions. “Despite this, our candidates fought bravely. However, our victory was turned into defeat overnight through manipulation,” Bilawal alleged.

He added that non-political interference and conspiracies created a political vacuum in Kashmir, which ultimately harmed the public. “Despite these challenges, the PPP continued to represent the people in the assembly — and today, we are in a position to form the next government in Azad Kashmir,” he declared confidently.

Bilawal pledged that the PPP would strive to meet the expectations of the Kashmiri people. “Our party believes in democracy, and the remaining tenure of this assembly will be a test for us. From the Prime Minister to every worker, we will ensure that public demands are protected,” he said.

He further promised, “I will not disappoint you. I will represent you — not only in Azad Kashmir but across Pakistan and beyond.”

When asked about the next AJK Prime Minister, Bilawal emphasized that “the announcement of the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir will be made from Kashmir itself, not from Islamabad.”
