JUI’s Victory in Balochistan Local Elections Certain, Says Maulana Abdul Wasey — Calls on Workers to Strengthen Organizational Unity

**Quetta (Daily Qudrat)** — The **Ameer of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) Balochistan and Senator Maulana Abdul Wasey** has said that the party’s victory in the upcoming **local government elections in Quetta** is certain. He urged workers to **organize party ranks** and begin the **election campaign** with full enthusiasm and discipline.

Speaking to party workers, Maulana Abdul Wasey said that JUI members are motivated by ideology, perseverance, and a passion for public service. “Our workers will stand as an unbreakable wall against any attempt to rob JUI of its rightful mandate,” he stated.

He announced that JUI will soon hold a **massive power show in Khuzdar’s Jhalawan region**, which he said would mark “a new chapter in the province’s political history.”

Highlighting the party’s core philosophy, Maulana Wasey said that JUI’s foundation was not laid for **temporary political interests or power**, but on an **ideological commitment to the unity of the Muslim Ummah**. “This ideology is our true identity, our strength, and our guiding light,” he added.

He emphasized that JUI has always taught its workers **steadfastness and loyalty to principles**, rather than emotional or reactionary politics. “Nations that compromise on principles fall apart, but those that stand firm on ideology live forever in history,” he remarked.

Expressing regret, Maulana Wasey said that JUI’s **mandate was unjustly taken away**, as if it were a “new or inexperienced party,” despite being a century-old movement rooted in **struggle, sacrifice, and service**. “Power was handed to those who derailed the province from the path of progress, leaving only incompetence and broken promises for the people,” he said.

He demanded that JUI’s **legitimate mandate be restored** and that governance be entrusted to **honest, capable, and visionary leadership** to rescue Balochistan from its current state of mistrust and mismanagement.

“JUI’s message is clear,” Maulana Wasey concluded. “We will never trade our principles for power. The day is not far when Balochistan will once again rise towards **peace, progress, and prosperity**, Insha’Allah.”
