Ex-AJK Prime Minister Indicted in Diplomatic Passport Case

Islamabad: The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad has formally indicted former Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister **Sardar Tanveer Ilyas** in the **diplomatic passport misuse case**.

Judicial Magistrate Ahmad Shehzad Gondal conducted the hearing, during which Ilyas appeared before the court. The charges were framed against him; however, he **pleaded not guilty**.

The court has summoned the **prosecution witnesses** for the next hearing and adjourned proceedings until **October 6**.
