PTI Worker Falak Javed Khan Arrested, Petition Filed in Islamabad High Court for Release

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker **Falak Javed Khan** has been arrested, sparking strong condemnation from the party on social media platform X.

In response, a petition seeking her release has been filed in the **Islamabad High Court (IHC)**.

It is noteworthy that last year, Punjab’s Information Minister **Uzma Bukhari** had approached the **Lahore High Court** against Falak Javed over the uploading of alleged inappropriate videos on Twitter (now X).

In her petition, Uzma Bukhari made the **FIA, Ministry of Interior, and other authorities** respondents, stating that Falak Javed had shared indecent videos and was previously involved in anti-state activities.

She had further requested the court to place **Falak Javed’s name on the Exit Control List (ECL)** and direct the FIA to conduct an immediate inquiry and submit a report.

Do you want me to also prepare a **timeline-style news brief** showing Falak Javed Khan’s past legal troubles leading up to this latest arrest?
