Gold Prices Hit Historic High in Pakistan at Rs393,700 Per Tola

Karachi:Gold prices in Pakistan soared to a **record-breaking level**, with one tola being sold at **Rs393,700**, according to the **All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA)**. The rates, announced till 3 p.m. today, mark the highest level in the country’s history.
On Monday, gold prices in the local market surged by **Rs3,400 per tola**, pushing the value to this unprecedented peak. Similarly, the price of **10 grams of gold** rose by **Rs2,915**, reaching **Rs337,514**.
Silver also witnessed an upward trend, with one tola climbing **Rs63** to settle at **Rs4,595**.
In the **international market**, gold prices gained **\$34 per ounce**, reaching **\$3,719**, which includes a **\$20 premium**.
Experts attribute this surge to **rising inflation, currency fluctuations, and global economic uncertainty**, which continue to drive investors towards the safe-haven metal.
