PML-N Never Played Provincial or Dam Card, Says Punjab Information Minister Uzma Bukhari

LAHORE: Punjab Information Minister Uzma Bukhari has strongly responded to Sindh Minister Sharjeel Memon’s remarks, stating that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has never played the provincial, canal, or dam card, as it is a national party that prioritizes national development and unity.
Reacting to Memon’s criticism, Bukhari said the very team being labeled “inexperienced” had brought a revolution in Punjab within just one and a half years by completing 80 development projects.
She accused the Sindh government of ruining Karachi and the rest of the province over the past 17 years, saying their failures are evident to all.
Referring to the last floods in Sindh, Bukhari said that despite receiving international aid, devastation still remains. She added that Punjab will always remember the role played by the PPP during Punjab’s floods, while also pointing out that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto himself praised Maryam Nawaz during the crisis.
Her remarks came after Sharjeel Memon criticized the Punjab government and PML-N for running a campaign in support of Rizwan Razi.
