Shir Afzal Marwat Issues Message to PTI Workers

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member of National Assembly, Shir Afzal Marwat, has issued a message to PTI workers. In a statement on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), Marwat expressed that Aleema Khan’s actions had led the party into a situation similar to the events of May 9. He stated that while he wants to play his role for Imran Khan, he does not want any interference between him and the public. He emphasized that, just like after the May 9 incidents, he led the protests.
Marwat further stated that he would need at least one month to mobilize people across Pakistan and that, therefore, the protest would have to be rescheduled. He demanded that the party apologize for the injustice and humiliation he has faced. He also urged the removal of Aleema Khan, Salman Raja, and other conspirators from the party, insisting that his demands were clear and firm.
He called on PTI workers to put pressure on the party leadership to expel Aleema Khan and Raja immediately. Marwat warned that if he fails in this mission, he would permanently withdraw from politics.
