Balochistan Assembly Member Mir Liaquat Ali Lehri Meets SSP Traffic Dr. Muhammad Sami to Discuss Traffic System Improvements

Talks Focus on Traffic Issues, Technological Upgrades, and Institutional Cooperation

Quetta: Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) and Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, Mir Liaquat Ali Lehri, held an important meeting with SSP Traffic Quetta, Dr. Muhammad Sami, at his office yesterday. The meeting was also attended by Shah Rukh Lehri.
The primary purpose of the meeting was to address the growing traffic issues in Quetta city, improve the traffic system, and promote technical and institutional cooperation with the Transport Department.
During the discussions, various key issues were covered, including maintaining smooth traffic flow on roads, improving the signal system, implementing modern traffic management technology, and launching awareness campaigns on traffic laws for the public.
Mir Liaquat Ali Lehri emphasized that, given the increasing population and vehicle numbers in Quetta, a well-integrated, modern, and efficient traffic system is a necessity. He stressed the importance of enhanced communication and cooperation between the Traffic Police and the Transport Department to resolve issues promptly and provide better travel facilities to the public.
SSP Traffic Dr. Muhammad Sami assured that the Traffic Police are continually working to facilitate citizens and are taking steps aligned with modern requirements to improve the city’s traffic management.
