“Azam Swati Accuses Shahbaz Gill of Betraying Imran Khan and Spreading False Allegations”

Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senator Azam Swati has released a video message denying allegations made by Shahbaz Gill, addressing the sale of his house in Abbottabad, and accusing Gill of betraying Imran Khan.
In the video, Swati clarified that his house in Abbottabad, which is located in one of the city’s prestigious areas, was sold for a fair price. He also presented detailed facts about the property, revealing that the value of land in the area has risen significantly over the past year. Swati emphasized that the house was located in a high-profile region known for its educational institutions, and its price was in line with the market value.
Swati directly addressed Gill, calling him a “snake in the sleeve” who had deceived Imran Khan. He accused Gill of spreading fabricated stories to agencies, which even Khan and his closest supporters were unaware of. According to Swati, Gill had caused significant damage to the trust Imran Khan had placed in him, and this betrayal was well-known among party members.
Swati also challenged Gill to step up for the cause of Imran Khan’s release, asking him to join the movement for the former prime minister’s freedom instead of working to damage Pakistan’s future. He urged Gill to stop spreading lies and reassured him that if his allegations were proven false, he should apologize without hesitation.
Swati’s statement comes amid growing tensions within PTI, with Gill’s accusations against party members and leadership raising eyebrows. Swati’s call to action aims to counter the ongoing division and restore focus on the party’s objectives.
