Farhan’s **uncle** stated that the madrassa head’s son had been making **unjust demands** from Farhan, which the boy had refused. Farhan was reportedly unwilling to return to the madrassa. His uncle accompanied him to the madrassa and filed a **complaint** with the headmaster, who apologized for the behavior. However, later that evening, after the **Maghrib prayer**, the madrassa **administrator** called Farhan’s uncle, claiming that the boy had fallen in the washroom. Upon arrival at the hospital, Farhan’s uncle found the boy’s body showing signs of **physical abuse**.

On **July 21**, Farhan’s severely beaten body was brought to the **Khawza Khila Hospital**. A **first information report (FIR)** was lodged by **President Ayaz**, the victim’s uncle, against the **madrassa head Qari Mohammad Omar**, his son **Ehsanullah**, madrassa administrator **Abdullah**, and **Bakht Amin**.

Of the **four suspects** named in the FIR, two have been arrested, while police continue their search for the other two. Authorities have also seized materials used in the **abuse of children** from the madrassa.

**DPO Mohammad Omar** confirmed that **nine additional individuals** have been arrested in relation to the case. He stated that the madrassa was **unregistered**, and it has since been **sealed**. He also assured the public that the police would not bow to any **political pressure** in handling the case.

The DPO further revealed that **160 children** who were studying at the madrassa have been safely handed over to their parents.

In a separate incident in **Gul Kadah**, a child was also subjected to abuse at another madrassa. **Two individuals**, **Muhammad Rahman** and **Abdulsalam**, were arrested under the **Child Protection Act** in connection with the case.
