Karachi and Sindh to Experience Thunderstorms and Rain on 19th July, Warns Meteorological Department

KARACHI:The **Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD)** has issued an early warning for Karachi, predicting thunderstorms and rain with lightning on **19th July**. According to the PMD’s Early Warning Centre, the weather in Karachi is expected to remain partially cloudy and humid today and tomorrow, with temperatures ranging between **34°C to 36°C**.
Humidity levels are expected to be high, with morning humidity reaching **80%**, and it could rise to **65%** in the evening. The **monsoon season** is expected to continue sporadically across the province, with intermittent rainfall in several districts.
The department’s forecast further highlights that **Dadu** and **Qamber Shahdadkot** are likely to experience thunderstorms and rain today. Additionally, tomorrow, **Tharparkar**, **Umerkot**, **Mirpurkhas**, **Thatta**, **Sujawal**, and surrounding areas are also expected to witness thunderstorms and rain.
On **19th July**, **Mirpurkhas**, **Hyderabad**, **Tando Muhammad Khan**, **Sanghar**, **Badin**, **Thatta**, and **Sujawal** districts will likely receive rain with thunderstorms.
The public has been advised to stay cautious and prepared for the inclement weather.
