Toyota Indus Motor Company Increases Vehicle Prices Following NEV Levy; Land Cruiser Prices See Significant Reduction

Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) has officially announced a price increase across its entire vehicle lineup in response to the newly introduced NEV (New Enhanced Value) levy in the Federal Budget 2025–26.

According to reports, the NEV tax exempts electric, hybrid, export, and diplomatic vehicles, aiming to promote environmentally friendly transportation in Pakistan. Alongside Toyota, major car manufacturers such as Honda, Suzuki, and Changan have also raised their vehicle prices.

The new price hike ranges from PKR 49,000 to PKR 570,000 across various Toyota models, though the updated prices for the Toyota Corolla Cross have yet to be released.

**Toyota Yaris Price Increases:**

* GLI MT 1.3: PKR 4,649,000 (+170,000)
* ATIV MT 1.3: PKR 4,829,000 (+99,000)
* GLI CVT 1.3: PKR 4,809,000 (+49,000)
* ATIV CVT 1.3: PKR 5,719,000 (+115,000)
* ATIV X CVT 1.5 (Beige Interior): PKR 6,389,000 (+134,000)
* ATIV X CVT 1.5 (Black Interior): PKR 6,449,000 (+130,000)

**Toyota Corolla Altis Price Increases:**

* Altis X Manual 1.6: PKR 6,099,000 (+130,000)
* Altis 1.6 X CVT-i: PKR 6,699,000 (+140,000)
* Altis 1.6 X CVT-i Special Edition: PKR 7,339,000 (+150,000)
* Altis X CVT-i 1.8: PKR 7,029,000 (+140,000)
* Grande X CVT-i 1.8 (Beige Interior): PKR 7,669,000 (+160,000)
* Grande X CVT-i 1.8 (Black Interior): PKR 7,709,000 (+160,000)

**Toyota Hilux Series Price Increases:**

* Hilux E: PKR 11,379,000 (+340,000)
* Revo G 2.8: PKR 12,329,000 (+370,000)
* Revo G Automatic 2.8: PKR 12,939,000 (+390,000)
* Revo V Automatic 2.8: PKR 14,279,000 (+430,000)
* Revo GR-S: PKR 15,889,000 (+530,000)

**Toyota Fortuner SUV Series Price Increases:**

* 2.7 Fortuner G: PKR 14,929,000 (+510,000)
* 2.7 Fortuner V: PKR 16,659,000 (+560,000)
* Sigma 4: PKR 18,169,000 (+590,000)
* Legender: PKR 19,129,000 (+570,000)
* GR-S: PKR 20,469,000 (+600,000)

**Significant Price Reductions for Toyota Land Cruiser:**
In contrast, Toyota IMC has announced notable price cuts for the Land Cruiser LC300 and LC250 models effective from July 1, 2025.

* Land Cruiser LC300 (Petrol variant) price dropped from PKR 120 million to PKR 95 million, a reduction of PKR 25 million.
* LC250 Diesel variant price reduced from PKR 75.55 million to PKR 60 million, a decrease of PKR 15.55 million.
* LC250 Petrol variant price cut from PKR 66.6 million to PKR 55 million, down by PKR 11.6 million.

Toyota has instructed all dealerships to inform customers transparently about the new prices, which will apply to all new and existing bookings from July 1, 2025 onwards.
