Trump Reveals: “Israel Lacks Capability to Wipe Out Iran’s Nuclear Program”

Washington: Former U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed that Israel does not have the capability to completely destroy Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, particularly its deeply buried facilities.
According to the Times of Israel, Trump made these remarks during a media interaction in New Jersey, addressing the ongoing tensions in the Middle East. He stated that while he has always advocated for peace, sometimes force is necessary to maintain it.
Trump clarified that deploying U.S. ground troops against Iran would be a last resort. “That’s the last thing anyone would want,” he emphasized.
When asked whether he would give Israel two weeks to decide on involving the U.S. in a potential conflict, Trump responded that he is giving Iran some time to evaluate the situation. “I think it will take no more than two weeks,” he said.
Commenting on Iran’s nuclear facilities, Trump specifically referred to the Fordow underground site, saying Israel does not have the capability to destroy it. “They have very limited capability for that. They might be able to hit a small part of it, but they can’t go deep — they don’t have the ability,” he revealed.
Despite the concerns, Trump expressed hope that such military action might not be necessary. “Maybe it won’t have to happen,” he concluded.
