Ali Muhammad Khan Admits PTI Government’s Mistakes, Demands Release of Imran Khan

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan has acknowledged that mistakes were made during PTI’s time in power, stating, “We are not spotless; wrong decisions were made during our tenure too.” He made these remarks while addressing a press conference in the federal capital.
Speaking on the broader geopolitical situation, Ali Muhammad Khan expressed deep concern over the state of the Muslim world. “The Ummah has already come under attack. A month ago, when an enemy tested Pakistan, their arrogance was shattered,” he said, referring to recent tensions with India.
He lamented the silence of the Muslim world over the plight of Palestinians, saying, “While Palestine bleeds, the Muslim Ummah remains silent. If our founding chairman were free today, he would have been the voice for Muslims around the world.” He compared Imran Khan’s political suppression to historic injustices, citing the execution of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
“It is a matter of shame that the strongest voice against Israel is currently behind bars,” he stated, calling for the immediate release of PTI founder Imran Khan. “Only we know how painful this past Eid was. We stand with the benefactor of Pakistan and will protect the honor of our martyrs.”
Concluding his statement, Ali Muhammad Khan emphasized unity across the Muslim world and reiterated the global demand for Imran Khan’s release. “From Gaza to Tripoli to Tehran, the Muslim Ummah is waiting for our leader’s freedom,” he said.
