In a significant milestone, 1,673,230 pilgrims from around the world have had the honor of performing Hajj this year, according to the latest statistics released by the Saudi Ministry of Statistics. The report reveals that 1,506,576 pilgrims traveled to Saudi Arabia from 171 countries, while 166,654 individuals from within Saudi Arabia also participated in the sacred pilgrimage.

According to Saudi news agencies, the breakdown of pilgrims includes 877,841 men and 795,389 women, who gathered for the religious duties.

On Thursday, over 1.6 million pilgrims performed the key ritual of **Wuquf at Arafat**, marking the pinnacle of Hajj. As the sun set, the pilgrims departed for **Muzdalifah**, where, in accordance with the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), they performed the **Maghrib and Isha prayers** together.

After spending the night in Muzdalifah, pilgrims will proceed to **Minah** after performing **Fajr** prayers, where they will stone the **Jamarat (Big Satan)**, offer sacrifices, and then remove their **Ihram** as part of the Hajj rituals.

This year’s pilgrimage marks the continuation of Hajj rituals amidst the easing of restrictions, bringing millions together to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime spiritual journey.
