Over 81,000 Pakistani Pilgrims Reach Saudi Arabia via 319 Hajj Flights

Islamabad:As of now, **81,950 Pakistani pilgrims** have arrived in Saudi Arabia under the **government Hajj scheme** through a total of **319 Hajj flights**, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs. The flight operation is scheduled to continue until **May 31**, by which time the transfer of pilgrims from **Madina Munawwara to Makkah Mukarramah** will also be completed.

A ministry spokesperson stated that **Hajj arrangements are progressing in a coordinated manner**, with preparations for **tents in Mina and Arafat** now entering their final stages. A **comprehensive strategy** has been developed in collaboration with the local Hajj service offices (Maktab) to ensure **safe, organized, and convenient transportation** of pilgrims to the sacred sites (Mashair al-Muqaddasah).

Meanwhile, **Saudi authorities have issued special guidelines** to help pilgrims protect themselves from the intense heat. These include:

* **Staying hydrated**
* **Avoiding direct sun exposure**
* **Following scheduled departure times to holy sites**

The Ministry of Religious Affairs has urged all pilgrims to **strictly follow the instructions**, stay **in contact with their group leaders**, and maintain communication with relevant authorities to **avoid any inconvenience** during their spiritual journey.
