IMF Pledges Continued Support for Pakistan’s Economic Stability and Growth

Islamabad:The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Pakistan in achieving economic stability and sustainable growth.

During a meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the IMF delegation expressed satisfaction with the implementation of economic reforms under the IMF program and acknowledged the positive outcomes achieved so far.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that Pakistan is now moving from economic stability towards growth. He emphasized that alongside macroeconomic reforms, institutional reforms will also be accelerated to ensure long-term progress.

The IMF delegation praised Pakistan’s reform efforts and pledged continued cooperation to support the country’s economic recovery and development agenda.
