Bangladesh Cricket Team’s Tour of Pakistan in Doubt Amid Uncertainty

Lahore:The upcoming tour of Pakistan by the Bangladesh cricket team is facing uncertainty, with the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) yet to finalize its decision on whether the team will visit Pakistan.
According to sources, the BCB is currently in a state of indecision regarding sending their team to Pakistan. Initially, Bangladesh was scheduled to arrive on May 21, but now this visit has become uncertain.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has provided several options for the series, but the BCB has yet to respond to any of them. The series, which is set to feature five T20 matches, was originally scheduled from May 25 to June 3. However, due to the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL), there are likely to be changes in the series schedule.
One of the proposed adjustments includes shifting the series dates to May 27 to June 5. Additionally, there is consideration for moving the first match from Faisalabad to Lahore due to logistical reasons.
The situation remains fluid, and the final decision will depend on further consultations between the two cricket boards. Fans in both Pakistan and Bangladesh are eagerly awaiting confirmation of the series.
