Rajeev Sen Responds to Ex-Wife Charu Asopa’s Financial Struggles and Separation from Daughter Ziana

Mumbai: Indian actress Sushmita Sen’s brother, Rajeev Sen, has spoken out regarding his ex-wife Charu Asopa’s financial situation and her decision to move away with their daughter, Ziana.
Television actress Charu Asopa recently relocated from Mumbai to Bikaner, Rajasthan, due to financial difficulties. She is currently running an online clothing business, videos of which have gone viral on social media.
In a recent statement, Rajeev Sen claimed that Charu is trying to distance him from their daughter. He revealed that he hasn’t seen Ziana since January and alleged that when he tried to visit her in Bikaner, he received no response.
Addressing Charu’s financial issues, Rajeev questioned the narrative by pointing out that she had recently been on a cruise trip and involved in property purchases. He emphasized that while he respects her efforts, discussing personal matters in the media is inappropriate.
Rajeev stated that his main priority remains Ziana’s upbringing, expressing his desire for her to be raised in a stable environment.
The controversy follows a wave of criticism directed at both Rajeev and Sushmita Sen on social media, after videos of Charu selling clothes online surfaced.
