Big Relief for Driving License Applicants in Lahore: Now You Can Download Your License on Mobile

Lahore: A major difficulty for those applying for driving licenses has been eased as citizens can now download their driving licenses directly onto their mobile phones. According to reports, the Traffic Police have launched a campaign across Punjab against those driving vehicles without a license. The goal of this campaign is to encourage people to obtain a driving license, which is issued to qualified candidates after passing both theoretical and practical tests.
People found driving motorcycles, cars, or heavy vehicles without a valid license will face fines or other legal actions. It is mandatory for all citizens to carry their driving license if they have obtained it from the Traffic Police of Punjab, which is the authorized authority responsible for issuing licenses in the province.
Traffic police officers deployed at various points across the cities of Punjab may ask drivers to verify their driving licenses. In case citizens forget to carry their physical licenses, the Punjab Police have introduced an online service, allowing citizens to obtain a digital copy of their driving license. They can store this digital license on their smartphones and show it to the authorities when requested.
