Prime Minister of Pakistan Appoints Four New Special Assistants

Prime Minister of Pakistan has appointed four new Special Assistants, who will hold the status of Minister of State.

The newly appointed Special Assistants to the Prime Minister are Haroon Akhtar, Huzefa Rehman, Mubarak Zubair, and Talha Barki. A notification regarding their appointments has been issued by the Prime Minister’s office.

It is worth mentioning that on Thursday, a ceremony took place at Aiwan-e-Sadr in Islamabad, where new federal ministers, ministers of state, and advisors, including those appointed recently, took their oaths.

The federal cabinet now includes at least 13 new ministers, 11 ministers of state, and 3 advisors, with notable figures such as Pervez Khattak among them. The oath-taking ceremony was held at Aiwan-e-Sadr, where President Asif Ali Zardari administered the oath to the new members of the cabinet.
