KP Government Salaries Range from Rs20,000 to Over Rs340,000 Under 2026 Pay Scales
PESHAWAR: Salaries of government employees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) range from a gross monthly pay of Rs20,000 to more than Rs340,000, depending on their basic pay scale, job position, experience and applicable allowances, according to information relating to the provincial government’s revised pay structure for 2026.
The provincial government’s salary structure is based on the Basic Pay Scale (BPS) system, which categorises employees into different grades according to their responsibilities, qualifications and seniority.
Employees in lower grades generally receive lower basic salaries, while officers serving in higher grades are entitled to higher pay and may receive additional allowances.
