PML-N Local leader shot dead outside home in Swat

SWAT: A local Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader, Roshan, was shot dead outside his home in the Sameer area of Charbagh tehsil, police said.
According to police, the incident occurred when Roshan was standing outside his house. Unidentified assailants suddenly opened fire, seriously injuring him.
Residents rushed to the scene after hearing the gunshots, while police were also informed. Roshan was being taken for medical treatment but succumbed to his injuries.
Police said the attackers fled the scene after the shooting. A search operation has been launched in the area, while investigations are underway from different angles to arrest those involved.
Police officials said the motive behind the shooting has not yet been determined. Investigators are collecting evidence to identify and apprehend the suspects.
The incident has caused fear and panic among local residents, who have demanded the early arrest of the perpetrators.
