Islamabad:Solar panel prices in Pakistan have generally remained stable, although rates vary depending on the brand, wattage, technology and quality of the panels.
According to the latest available market rates, **580 to 590-watt solar panels** are priced at around **Rs23,000 to Rs26,000**, while **610 to 635-watt panels** are available for approximately **Rs25,000 to Rs28,000**.
Meanwhile, modern **700 to 720-watt N-Type and bifacial solar panels** are reportedly being sold for around **Rs28,000 to Rs30,000**.
The per-watt price of solar panels in the market is generally ranging between **Rs38 and Rs45**, while some higher-grade panels featuring advanced technology are available at higher prices.
Experts advise consumers not to consider only the per-watt price when purchasing solar panels. Factors such as panel technology, grade, warranty and the reputation of the dealer should also be taken into account.
It is worth noting that solar panel prices can change on a daily basis depending on the city, brand, dealer, availability and fluctuations in the value of the US dollar.
