PTI MNAs and Ministers Who Claimed to Bring 4 Million People to Islamabad Now Confined to Their Homes in Their Own Province: Sher Afzal Khan Marwat

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – PTI Member of National Assembly Sher Afzal Khan Marwat has said that the ministers and assembly members who claimed to bring 4 million people to Islamabad are now confined to their homes in their own province. When you talk to them, they say, “What people should I bring? I don’t even know if I’ll be able to reach there myself.”

In a statement on X, he said: “This is your march, this is your strategy, and this is your capability! For the past year, I had been saying that the people to whom Khan Sahib entrusted the responsibility of running the movement do not have the ability to lead it. Today, its practical demonstration is in front of everyone. Ministers and assembly members who made claims of bringing 4 million people to Islamabad are unable to even step out of their homes in their own province.”

“Whoever you talk to says, ‘What people should I bring? I don’t even know if I’ll be able to reach there myself.'” Sher Afzal Khan Marwat said that movements, especially protest movements, succeed only when those leading them are reckless — people who do not care about losing ministries, the government falling, or financial interests being lost. A leadership that is paralyzed by fears about power, positions, and interests cannot lead a public movement.

As it is said, one who has not learned to take risks cannot lead change. A movement is not run by slogans, containers, and surprise announcements; it requires fearless leadership, practical preparation, and a clear strategy. I kept raising this question about the long march, but instead of answering, everyone who disagreed was labeled a traitor on social media.

Today the question is: those who used to taunt others with “selling Khan Sahib,” let them at least step out of their homes in their own government and show themselves. Has fear and expediency seeped so deeply into your veins that you no longer even have the courage to protest? Remember, cowardly people can never lead a protest movement. Sher Afzal Khan Marwat said that today the worker should think about who brought the movement to this state of helplessness. The time has come to assess the performance of those who made big claims in Khan Sahib’s name.
