21 Militants Killed in Balochistan, Prime Minister Pays Tribute to Security Forces

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has paid tribute to the security forces for killing 21 militants belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan during operations in different areas of Balochistan.
The prime minister commended the successful operations carried out by security forces in Nokcha, Chagai, Ziarat Cross and Pishin, saying the brave personnel had once again demonstrated courage and bravery in the fight against terrorism.
Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of six brave personnel, including two Customs officers and a Customs official, in a terrorist attack on the Customs House.
The prime minister extended his condolences and sympathies to the families of the martyrs, saying the government and the entire nation shared their grief.
He said the sacrifices of the country’s brave personnel in the war against terrorism would never go in vain. The martyrs had laid down their lives for the peace and security of the country, and the nation would always remember their sacrifices.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed that the government was fully committed to eliminating terrorism from the country. Operations against terrorist elements would continue, and every possible measure would be taken to ensure peace and stability.
The prime minister also appreciated the professionalism and sacrifices of the security forces, saying the entire nation stood firmly with the armed forces and law-enforcement agencies in the fight against terrorism.
