SKARDU: The body of female mountaineer Dr. Asma Mushtaq, who had successfully climbed Spantik Peak, has been recovered during a search operation.
Dr. Asma Mushtaq died of illness at Camp Three on August 21. Her body could not initially be located as it had become buried under snow.

He said snowfall has continued in the high-altitude areas since evening, while the team members carrying the body have reached Camp Two.
