Major Facility Announced for Passport Applicants in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA: A major facility has been announced for citizens seeking passport services, with a decision to provide the services of the Gujranwala Passport Office at the NADRA Mega Centre.
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited the NADRA Mega Centre in Gujranwala, where he reviewed various facilities being provided to citizens and assessed the performance of NADRA staff.
During his visit, the interior minister met citizens at the centre and asked about their problems and difficulties related to the process of obtaining identity cards. Citizens expressed satisfaction with the facilities available at the mega centre.
Naqvi also inspected different counters at the facility and met staff members to obtain information about the services being provided to citizens. He took immediate notice of complaints raised by some citizens.
On the occasion, the interior minister announced that passport office services would also be provided at the NADRA Mega Centre in Gujranwala.
The initiative aims to provide citizens with multiple government services at a single location and reduce the need for additional travel and inconvenience for passport-related matters.
Naqvi appreciated the performance of NADRA staff for providing services effectively despite heavy crowds at the centre. He stressed that citizens should not face unnecessary difficulties in accessing government services.
The availability of passport services at the NADRA Mega Centre is expected to make passport-related procedures more convenient for residents of Gujranwala, particularly those seeking to access identity and other government services through a more streamlined system.
