TV Host Rabia Anum Urges Parents to Stay Highly Vigilant Over Children’s Safety
KARACHI:Renowned Pakistani anchor and television host Rabia Anum has expressed serious concern over the current situation in the country and urged parents to remain particularly vigilant about the safety of their children.
In a video message, Rabia Anum said parents in Pakistan needed to take the protection of their children extremely seriously. She stressed that keeping children safe was not limited to providing them with good clothes or sending them to school, but required parents to remain highly alert at all times.
“Do not leave your young children alone with anyone, no matter who they are, even if you have known them for years,” she said.
Rabia Anum emphasized that the warning was not limited to girls, saying boys and other children could also become victims.
She urged parents not to place blind trust in anyone when it came to their children’s safety. She particularly advised working parents to install security cameras in their homes and closely monitor their children’s surroundings.
